Tanggal 21 April 1879 adalah waktu tepat saat seorang Tokoh Nasional Perempuan (Raden Ajeng KARTINI) terlahir wanita yang berasal dari Kota Rembang sosok penjuang wanita yang membangkitkan derajad kaum perempuan di Indonesia dalam Kebangkitan perempuan &#8220;HABIS GELAP TERBITLA TERANG&#8221;. Waktu yang dijadikan hari peringatan Nasional yaitu &#8220;HARI KARTINI&#8221; di NKRI. &#8220;Tiada Gelap yang Abadi&#8221; &#8211; Perangkat kantor Kelurahan Sogatenpun taktertinggal ikut bersama memperingati dengan mengenakan pakaian adat tradisional jawa: Kebaya (bagi wanita) dan Beskap (bagi Laki-laki).
