Senin tanggal 14 Mei 2025 tepatnya pukul 13.00 Wib hingga selesai bertempat di ruang kerja masing-masing perangkat ASN terlaksana kegiatan virtual (Zoom metting) dengan materi pokok &#8220;Penjelasan Pengukuran Kinerja Individu&#8221; para ASN perangkat Pemerintah Kota Madiun tahu 2025 yang dilaksanakan oleh OPD BKSDM Kota Madiun. Kegiatan dibuka oleh Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Sumber Daya Manusia (BKSDM) (Bp. Haris) Pemerintah Kota Madiun dilanjutkan materi inti oleh nara sumber. Kegiatan virtual bertujuan untuk sosialisasi dasar TPP Prestasi Kerja ASN Perangkat Daerah Kota Madiun. Perangkat Kelurahan Sogaten bersama dengan perangkat OPD se Kota Madiun ikut bersama dalam kegiatan zoom metting tersebut hingga selesai. Berikut dibawah materi yang bisa menjadikan pencerahan.
